"I thought I’d have my results back..."
I thought I’d have my results back way sooner, but they took much longer than I planned for. The updates weren’t very clear either, so I was just left waiting and wondering what was going on. What a joke, honestly. Really frustrating experience.

"Showed up way faster than I expected"
I ordered from outside the US, so I wasn’t sure how long it would take, but it arrived a lot quicker than I expected. The tracking updated normally, and the box showed up in good shape too. I weirdly remember there was one tiny corner of the packing tape folded over like someone had made a little tab, but everything inside was perfect. Instructions were simple enough to follow, and overall I’m really happy with how it all went...

The support team was really nice and patient, but for some reason the issue still took quite a while to get handled. I appreciated how kind they were, I just wish it had felt more fully resolved by the end.

I ordered from sneakpeektest.com and the test actually showed up quickly, so that part was fine. But once I opened it, the instructions felt more confusing than they needed to be. A few steps seemed repeated, while other parts didn’t give enough detail, so I kept second-guessing myself.
I ended up reading everything a few times and still felt like I was being passed around between different directions without a clear answer on what to do next. For a test like this, I expected the process to feel more straightforward. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was definitely more frustrating than I hoped.

Checkout went okay overall, but it was a little frustrating that I had to re-enter my information once. To be fair, it did go through in the end and nothing was actually broken, but that extra step made the process feel slower than it needed to be

I thought this would be straightforward, but getting enough blood was a pain. The instructions made sense for the most part, so it wasn’t like I had no clue what to do, but the actual process was stressful and got kind of messy. Maybe I just didn’t do it perfectly, but yeah, it was way harder than I expected.

The test was easy to use, and the instructions made enough sense that I didn’t feel confused while doing it. I was a little frustrated that the results took longer than I expected, though, because waiting on something like that just makes me feel impatient and unsure. In the end, it did work fine, so I can’t really complain too much, but I also didn’t walk away feeling especially impressed. It was just okay for me

"Way faster than I expected"
I was kind of bracing myself for shipping to take a while, like, here we go, time to obsessively check the tracking every day. But then it showed up so quickly that I actually did a double take. I ordered it and somehow it felt like it was at my door just a couple days later. Everything was packed well, tracking was simple to follow, and there were zero issues. Shipping was the main thing I was worried about, so that was a nice relief.

It was okay overall, but the early result ended up being wrong for me, which was frustrating. It also felt like things weren’t handled very carefully, so I didn’t have a lot of confidence in the process at first.

"Refund got sorted faster than I expected"
I had a problem with my kit, so I emailed them about the guarantee, not really knowing if it was going to turn into one of those back-and-forth things. But they actually replied quickly and just handled the refund without making it complicated. i was kind of surprised in a good way. Way easier than I expected.

The test kit came with almost everything I needed, so that part was fine. The instructions were a little confusing though, and I found myself rereading and double-checking a few steps just to make sure I wasn’t doing it wrong. It worked in the end, but it wasn’t exactly a super smooth process, if that makes sense.
